Refund policy

Please initiate your request within 4 days of receiving your order. Please note that Rs. 250 reverse shipment charges are applicable. Please read our return and exchange policies before proceeding. 

Refund & Exchange Policy
At Toir, we prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. Please review our refund and exchange policy carefully:

1. Refunds:
Refunds are only applicable if the product is received in a damaged or defective condition.
To initiate a refund, customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product, providing clear photographs of the damage/defect and the packaging.
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method/the customer’s bank account after the damaged item is reviewed and approved by the team. 

2. Exchanges & Store Credit:

We offer product exchanges within 4 days of delivery.A nominal courier fee of Rs250 will be charged and borne by the customer for all exchange requests.The product must be unused, in its original condition, with tags intact, and in the original packaging.If items) do not fit these requirements, it will be sent back to the customer at his/her expense.
For sizing issues we do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to provide:
An exchange for a different size (subject to availability).
Store credit if the desired size is unavailable.

3. Conditions for Returns & Exchanges:
The product must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
The exchange request must be initiated within 4 days of delivery.Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective. Upon return approval, the amount will be converted into STORE CREDIT, which can be used for future purchases on our website.
Currently, we do not offer refunds to bank accounts or other digital payment modes.

DAMAGE PRODUCTS
If you have received a damage or wrong product, please WhatsApp us immediately on +91 6280-740616. You will receive an email notification once your item is received back at our Mohali distribution center. Please allow 7-14 business day returns to be processed.

Please note that 250 reverse shipment charges are applicable.


CUSTOM ORDERS
All Custom Orders are made on request, which are not eligible for returns, exchange or refund.

4. Final Sale Items:
Products marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credit.
