We offer various shipping methods to cater to your needs, including standard and express options. Shipping costs are calculated based on the selected shipping method, delivery destination, and order weight.
3. Estimated Delivery Time:
Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen.
On average, standard shipping takes approximately 7-14 Days.
Please note that these are estimated delivery times, and delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We recommend tracking your order for real-time updates.
You will receive an email once your order has been shipped. Proceed then to your order status page and there you will find the tracking code. If you can't find your tracking code do not worry, just request it to us using the live chat or on Instagram.
We grant you a period of 15 days from the day the order was delivered by the delivery executive.
In case you return the goods within the contractual term of the right of withdrawal, you will only be reimbursed with the amount paid for said products. Delivery charges will not be reimbursed after the goods returned. The amount will be credited back into customer’s store wallet.
